Wellbeing encompasses the state of being healthy, happy, and prosperous, both physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and includes a sense of life satisfaction and meaning.Wellbeing can be understood through two dimensions:
- subjective wellbeing (how a person feels about their life) and 
- objective wellbeing (factors like physical and mental health, social connections, and environmental factors).
