Job Purpose
Beauty Therapists and Nail Technicians provide treatments to the highest standard while maintaining salon presentation and contributing to team success. They ensure treatment areas are prepared, stock is maintained, and client care is prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver treatments to an excellent standard, working towards set targets.
Set up treatment rooms daily, completing checklists and restocking supplies.
Take ownership of treatment columns, ensuring smooth bookings, patch tests, and rebooking/referral opportunities.
Support reception as required, including client bookings and billing.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Review notice areas daily to stay updated.
Maintain salon cleanliness and report any equipment issues.
Follow health & safety procedures and risk assessments.
Attend training as required and maintain professional appearance in uniform.
Delegation & Communication
Delegate suitable tasks to junior staff when necessary.
Attend meetings as required.
Treatments
Carry out treatments according to company protocol and within allocated time.
Keep treatment areas clean and ready for use throughout the shift.
Provide expert advice and aftercare to clients.
Work consistently towards treatment and retail targets.
