Job Purpose

The Junior Therapist supports the salon by delivering excellent treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, and assisting with salon operations. This role provides an opportunity to build skills while contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver treatments to an excellent standard, working towards financial targets.
Prepare treatment rooms daily, completing checklists and maintaining stock.
Support reception as needed, assisting with bookings and client care.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure GDPR compliance.
Review notice areas daily to stay informed.
Support salon cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Follow all health & safety and risk assessment procedures.
Maintain professional standards of appearance and uniform.

Delegation & Communication

Accept and complete delegated tasks from senior staff.
Attend meetings as required.

Treatments

Carry out treatments according to training and company protocol.
Keep treatment areas clean and well-presented throughout shifts.
Provide treatment advice to clients where appropriate.
Work towards treatment and retail targets.
