Probation & Training
INDUCTION PERIOD
For the first 9 months you are on a probation period. That is broken down as follows:
3 MONTH - Core Induction period where we will be monitoring general conduct, attendance, punctuality, standard of work.
9 MONTH - Full period where we will be monitoring ability to work towards targets, improvement in treatments and training carried out.
All new staff have a probation period of 9 months. During this probation you can be given notice to end the employment. This will not happen without your manager first discussing any concerns and given you the opportunity to improve performance to meet their expectations. Please note you will not be given a new contract at the end of your probation if the 9 month period passes you will become a permanent employee automatically.
