Each salon has a daily huddle held by the salon manager or a senior therapist. This will be held at the very start of the day so either 9am or 9.30am depending on opening time.

The huddle may also be posted on slack or pinned up on notice board for those who are not working that day or who start later.

The huddle will allocate rooms for the day, share targets for retail and treatments for the day along with details of any new products, any promotions such as gift with purchase or new stock in salon and details of any special requests from clients for the day such as double rooms etc.

It is very important that all staff arrive into the salon early enough so they are ready for the huddle at starting time. This means in full uniform and ready to start work.

Following huddle therapists will have 20-25 minutes to clean and setup room for the day.
