Client has the right to request their own data. If this request happens you should follow these steps:
1) You should make a note and date on the client record card on phorest
2) Within 24 hours you should send the request to the office.
3) We have 4 weeks to comply/respond.
TIP - the client will receive a full data trail showing all treatment notes so it is always worth bearing in mind that everything you write could one day be seen by the client!
