Phased Training

Training is crucially important to everyone at Sleeping Beauty Salon. No matter how experienced you are prior to starting you will need to be re-trained in the Sleeping Beauty protocols before you can carry the treatments out on clients.  In general there will be a few phases:

Completion of theory training on SB Academy portal where you can watch video demonstrations and print out step by step protocols in advance of practical training.

One-to-One training with the Treatments & Customer Experience Manager who will assist you in carrying out the treatment and observe you doing so on clients.

Review form/additional practices on clients. These will not be observed but the client will complete feedback form and these will act as case studies.

Reduced price treatments.  After you have completed the review form you may start offering reduced price treatments, either 25% or 50% off for several weeks while you build confidence.

Care Call - when your manager is happy you have had enough practice and are getting good feedback they will sometimes call a client to get some feedback before they decide you can go up to full-price on the treatment.

Our initial phased training is broken down into days for each treatment such as Waxing, Eye Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, Massage, Basic Facials. After core training is complete you will be able to book onto additional CPD courses.
