Job Purpose
The Senior Therapist leads by example, delivering treatments to a high standard while supporting the team and salon operations. They help maintain smooth daily running, ensure professionalism, and motivate others to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent treatments, consistently meeting financial targets.
Take responsibility for treatment columns, including patch testing, rebooking, and client referrals.
Conduct salon checks and daily room audits.
Lead and motivate the team, including reception, to provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Prepare and lead team huddles in the manager’s absence.
Support a positive, disciplined, and professional workplace culture.
Monitor salon cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and health & safety standards.
Report hazards or issues and ensure fire and first aid procedures are followed.
Maintain first-aid provisions in the department.
Be proactive in identifying and solving potential problems.
Delegation & Communication
Delegate tasks to therapists to ensure productivity.
Motivate the team to achieve targets.
Maintain huddle and target sheets.
Communicate staff or client concerns, escalating when necessary.
Attend meetings as required.
Treatments
Carry out treatments to company standards and within required timeframes.
Maintain treatment areas before, during, and after shifts.
Provide professional advice and aftercare to clients.
Support treatment and retail sales targets.
